Guidelines for Sign-in Table at events in SPH Auditorium

* 3-4 copies of the sign-in sheet

TABLES

The tables to use at the sign-in area are outside of classroom 134. I did not ask permission to use these tables. I think as long as we put them back where we found them no one will mind. If those tables are not there, I would suggest going into one of the classrooms on the first floor to borrow a table. The table could either be set up in the main hallway outside the auditorium or in between the main hallway and the entrance to the auditorium.

SIGN-IN SHEET

To get a list of the people who RSVP'd you can use the 'going' list on the Facebook event page. Click on the list of those attending. In the bottom left corner there is an option to 'export guest list.' This allows you to export the list into Excel. It will be alphabetized by first name. I recommend not doing this until the day of the event as people tend to RSVP all the way up to the start of the event. The sign-in sheet normally used is as follows:

NAME ATTENDED? EMAIL ADDRESS SIGN UP FOR RPH LISTSERV

Make sure to add some blank rows at the end of the sign-in sheet so that those who did not RSVP can add their names.
